CSHP was established by 6 World War II veteran physicians in 1946 as Colorado Springs Medical Center
What is your primary product or service?
We are a physician-driven, local, multi-specialty physician practice with 22+ medical specialties including primary care. Our main purpose is to provide medical care and treatment to members of our community.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founders believed strongly in the multi-specialty, team approach to practicing medicine and were enamored with the Colorado Springs area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In addition to offering Family and Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and OB/Gyn, we offer 18+ other specialties and even more services. Please visit our web site for more information.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 10 clinic locations throughout the Pikes Peak region including offices in Monument, Woodland Park and Fountain. We will plan expansion based on the needs of our patient base and the community as a whole.

We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, AARP Medicare Complete (Secure Horizons), Rocky Mountain Health Plans and Tricare, as well as cash and credit card payment. Patients are able to pay bills on line.

In addition to primary care, we have specialist physicians in: Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hospital Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Urgent Care, Urology and Vein Procedures
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is physician-driven, recently acquired by DaVita HealthCare Partners. Daily operations are in the hands of an executive team.
What are your hours of operation?
