Residential heating, cooling and indoor air quality products such as humidifiers, air cleaners and filtration systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the HVAC business while working in the commercial property maintenance industry in the 1980's. I graduated in 1990 with a degree in Enviromental Engineering technology from Technical Trades Institute in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer outstanding customer services and stand behind all of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. As owner, I am always available for our customers to speak directly with me.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and at this time do not have any plans for expansion.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, credit and debit cards, and financing on new equipment purchases (wac)
Which areas do you service?
All of El Paso county, Colorado.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by Michael Machado who also runs the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We offer 24 hour service.
