How long have you been in business?
I have been dong Massage Therapy professionally since 1998
What is your primary product or service?
Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Massage, Integrative Therapy, Reiki, Energy work (Energy Medicine), Aromatherapy sessions, we also carry Essential oils and custom blends for our clients. Our most recent addition is ASHIATSU. This is the massage where the therapist uses her feet to do the massage.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
All my life I have been really good at finding knotted muscles and untangling them when they get knotted up. So when I was done with Corporate America, I went to school and got my certification.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do a very powerful massage. It has deep results not only in the physical aspect that one would expect for a massage but also in the emotional and energetic aspects of our more whole self. We treat the whole person here, provide awareness training and teach you how to avoid further pain issues. Our aromatherapy department is headed up by a very caring and skilled aromatherapist who is very diligent in getting our clients the very best result with her essential oils.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and are on the east side of Colorado Springs on the Powers corridor. I certainly do plan to keep growing my business. Possible additional locations: South Denver, Boulder, and maybe Castle Rock.

We are on the SW corner of Powers and Constitution in the Constitution Corners business complex. Right next to Walgreens!
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash of course... credit/debit cards and checks only if we have to.
Which areas do you service?
The greater Colorado Springs area primarily but certainly outlying areas as well... I have a number of clients who commute from Alamosa, Denver, Castle Rock, Woodland Park, Divide, Monument and Black Forest.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Joe Alberto is the CEO and Master Therapist at Joe's Body Shop.
What are your hours of operation?
9am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday, 9am to 1pm Saturday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment anyone can ever give me is to refer their friends and family to me. That is certainly the highest mark of trust and satisfaction I can ever receive.
