Our friends said it was hard to find someone who would listen to what they want and do good quality work. They were tired of having to interview a bunch of companies every time they needed something done in their home. At 1st Call we do it all and guarantee our work..
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We handle ALL of the customer Home Repair and Remodeling needs,We return phone calls and show up on time. We explain everything and communicate with our customers so there are no surprises.In essence, our value statement says it all,"We care for our customers and their homes with excellence and integrity".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location serving Colorado Springs and the ElPaso county area. We are expanding into the Metro Denver area in 2012.

We come to you, call and we provide free in home estimates for any project large or small.

Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by Brett and Terry Ortengren. The day to day operations are Bretts responsibilities

*;00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday's.
