Our firm has been in business for 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer legal services, specializing in areas of family law, military divorce, and criminal defense.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our partners Clifton Black & Carl Graham were sole practitioners prior to forming Black & Graham - they worked closely together, and decided to move forward and start the firm. Since that formation our firm has thrived, as both our partners are considered foremost authorities in their respective areas of practice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our firm is large enough to meet all our client's needs, but small enough to provide a real connection with our clients - we offer the best of both worlds.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We will always exclusively practice in Colorado Springs.

Our office is located in the historic Alamo Buildling at 128 S Tejon St Ste 410, in the same building as Mackenzie's Chophouse.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our firm offers cash, checks, and all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover) - we unfortunately do not accept American Express. We also offer online payment options for the convenience of our clients.
Which areas do you service?
Our firm handles matters pending in El Paso County, Teller County, Pueblo Count, and Douglas County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our partners are Carl Graham and Clifton Black; Carl is our senior family law partner, and Cliff is our senior defense partner. Our firm administrator is Tracy Kellett.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open M-F, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We work with clients who are processing some of the toughest times in their lives - the best compliment we've received is a client letting us know just how much we helped them through their ordeal, that we lessened their stress as a result of our hard work.
